sanavyra.store is run by Sanavyra, an information catalogue. Questions about personal data may be sent to privacy@sanavyra.store.
The name and phone number typed in the order form, the product page used to send it, and technical details of your visit like the IP address kept in the server log. Bank, card and mobile money details are never requested.
The request is passed to the supplier of the product so that the supplier's consultant can call you, confirm the order and set up delivery.
Processing follows Law N° 058/2021 on the protection of personal data and privacy, resting on your consent when you submit the form and on actions needed to respond to your request.
The supplier's call centre and, through it, the delivery service. The request is sent on as a message through a messaging service (Telegram). Data is never sold and no advertising profile is built.
No customer database is held on this site: requests are forwarded and server logs are deleted quickly. The supplier retains order records for the time the law requires.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by writing to privacy@sanavyra.store. You can also complain to the Data Protection Office of the NCSA.
