sanavyra.store is an information catalogue for people in Kenya. Sanavyra is not a seller of the products and is not party to any sale.
The product supplier is the seller. Its name and address are shared during the confirmation call and appear on the delivery documents.
Sending the form asks for a call and does not buy anything. The contract with the supplier begins when you agree to the order on the phone.
Prices are quoted in Kenyan shillings and paid on delivery. This site will not ask you for card details or an M-Pesa PIN.
You can decline the parcel at hand-over. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 stay as they are.
