Your name and phone number from the order form, the product page you came from, and simple technical details of your visit like the IP address in the server log. We never ask for card details or M-Pesa information.
The details go to the product supplier so that its consultant can call you, confirm the order and arrange the delivery.
We process your data in line with the Data Protection Act, 2019, relying on the consent you give when you submit the form.
The supplier's call centre and, through it, the delivery rider. Your request is passed on as a message over a messaging service (Telegram). Data is never sold and no advertising profiles are created.
There is no customer database on this site: requests are passed on and server logs are cleared after a short while. The supplier holds order records as long as the law obliges it to.
