sanavyra.store is run by Sanavyra, an information catalogue. Questions about personal data can be sent to privacy@sanavyra.store.
Your name and phone number from the order form, the product page you submitted it on, and basic technical records of the visit (IP address in the server log). Card or mobile-money details are never requested.
The request is handed to the product's supplier so its consultant can ring you, confirm the order and arrange delivery.
Personal data is handled under the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019, based on the consent you give when you send the form.

There is no customer database on this site: requests are passed on and server logs are removed within a short time. The supplier retains order records for the period the law requires.
Write to privacy@sanavyra.store to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to its use. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Office (PDPO) at NITA-U.
