The name and phone number you enter in the order form, the product page you used to send it and a few technical details about your visit, such as the IP address recorded in the server log. We never ask for card, bank or transfer details.
To hand your request to the supplier of the product so that the supplier's consultant can call you, confirm the order and arrange delivery.
Processing follows the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and rests on the consent you give by submitting the form and on what is needed to act on your request.
The supplier's call centre and, through it, the dispatch rider. Your request is passed on as a message through a messaging service (Telegram). Data is not sold and no advertising profile is built.
There is no customer database on this site: requests are forwarded and server logs are wiped after a short time. The supplier keeps order records for as long as the law demands.
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by writing to privacy@sanavyra.store. You may also lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
