sanavyra.store is an information catalogue meant for visitors in India. Sanavyra does not sell the products and takes no part in the sale.
The supplier of the product is the seller. You get its name and address during the confirmation call and on the delivery paperwork.
Submitting the form only asks for a callback; it is not a purchase. A contract with the supplier arises once you confirm the order over the phone.
Amounts appear in Indian rupees and are paid in cash on delivery. This site will never ask you for card details, a UPI PIN or an OTP.
You are free to refuse the parcel at delivery. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 are untouched.
Product descriptions are general information, not medical advice, and cannot stand in for what your doctor tells you.
Mail support@sanavyra.store with your complaint and it will be acknowledged within 48 hours. The National Consumer Helpline (consumerhelpline.gov.in) is also open to you.
