sanavyra.store is operated by Sanavyra, an information catalogue. Send questions about personal data to privacy@sanavyra.store.
Your name and phone number as typed in the order form, the product page from which it was sent, and basic technical information about the visit, for example the IP address in the server log. Card, bank and mobile money details are not requested.
Your request is handed to the product's supplier so that its consultant can call you, confirm the order and organise delivery.
Your data is handled in line with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), based on your consent when you submit the form and on the steps needed to respond to your request.
The supplier's call centre and, via the supplier, the delivery rider. The request travels as a message through a messaging service (Telegram). Nothing is sold and no advertising profiles are created.
This site keeps no customer file: requests are forwarded and server logs are erased after a short while. The supplier holds order records for the period the law requires.
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used, by writing to privacy@sanavyra.store. A complaint can also go to the Data Protection Commission.
